In Total Requirements Analysis the approach is to fully define the functional aspects of the system before the implementation cycle begins. By defining the functional aspects of the system future architectural changes are minimized. This minimization results from an emcompassing knowledge of how the system interacts as a whole.

The organizational culture often determines the development approach. At times, customers do not have the time or desire to deliver full requirements before work commences. In this case, we are adept at handling the development cycle incrementally.
